Rachael Gorton, LICSW is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and accepts PPO, HMO, and Indemnity plans.
Rachael is an out-of-network provider with most other insurance carriers. Out-of-network reimbursement may be obtained in one of two ways.
Please Note: If you are interested in reimbursement from your insurance carrier, you are responsible for contacting your insurance for information about your specific insurance plan’s reimbursement rate for out of network benefits.
If the full rate of service presents a financial hardship, a sliding scale may be available. Please contact us to inquire about eligibility and scaled rates.
